Chef-owner Alex Fargas is bringing seasonal ingredients to the revamped menu at La Paloma, with a twist of creativity, paying homage to his hometown, Barcelona. The new summer special's menu is an exploration of the flavours and ingredients inspired by the summer at Barcelona.

Diners can enjoy dishes such the signature Lobster Seafood Paella, Scallop on Fire, Fresh Oysters with Bloody Mary Shooters and more.
