Chef-owner Alex Fargas is bringing seasonal ingredients to the revamped menu at La Paloma, with a twist of creativity, paying homage to his hometown, Barcelona. The new summer special's menu is an exploration of the flavours and ingredients inspired by the summer at Barcelona.

Diners can enjoy dishes such the signature Lobster Seafood Paella, Scallop on Fire, Fresh Oysters with Bloody Mary Shooters and more. With generous use of fresh ingredients, Alex hopes to serve a refined home-style feast to diners so they can experience the true taste of Spain without having to travel there themselves.  This season explore your culinary boundaries and order from La Paloma's new authentic Spanish menu!
