Introducing “Hot Wednesdays” at La Paloma!

Starting from June, La Paloma will be holding Miercoles Calientes, or in English, “Hot Wednesdays” once every two weeks, in which our Chef-Owner Alex Fargas will be joined by a guest chef to create never-before-seen fusion dishes in celebration of Spanish and world cuisines. 


Each Hot Wednesday, La Paloma’s famous giant paella takes on a creative twist as Chef Alex Fargas joins forces with one guest renowned chef to bring together the best of two cuisines in a creative fusion paella and three innovative tapas dishes. Featuring chefs from Japanese, Peruvian, modern Chinese and Balinese cuisine, Hot Wednesdays will be creating one-of-a-kind paellas and unimaginable flavours.
